As most of you might recall, earlier this week I posted a blog about looking for home owners insurance for a client of mine that *was* buying a property in Portland Ct.. a cottage. This property has since closed and was my third lead from ActiveRain and my third closing. I had many responses, and helpful suggestions. Thank you all.
However, no insurance company would step up to the plate... except for one... and that was Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. The branch in this case is located in Farmington, Connecticut. The agent Victoria Mendyka was *extremely* professional. She works the same way I do, and along with the way others here on ActiveRain work... Where the client comes first. I touched base with her on Wednesday, November 19th at 10:00am.. by 1pm, my our client insurance on this home, and the binder in her hand later in the afternoon. Thank you Vicki and the underwriters at Liberty Mutual Insurance.. job well done.
Victoria is NOT a member of ActiveRain... YET. She and I will be meeting in the next week or two and will be discussing her joining. I feel she would be a great attribute to this site.
