Friends of mine are always looking for things to do over the summer. There is a band that one should NOT miss, and they are performing in many areas of Connecticut over the summer. The group is "The Kenn Morr Band".
I had the pleasure of seeing the perform in Cromwell, CT at the Sugar Cube last year... twice, and can't wait to see them again. With this thought wouldn't you know that I got a postcard in from them today with their touring dates... but you, too, can get it from their website.
They are playing Saturday August 9th 10 pm at Crown and Hammer in Collinsville, CT. If you have the opportunity, I would suggest stopping in and enjoying a night of wonderful music.
