When it comes to technology, more than ever do realtors need to be at the top of their game.  We have all heard this before, that buyers or potential buyers are very aware of properties out on the market.  I saw this first hand this morning, and I was amazed. 

I was with my occupational therapist, when she told me that she finally bought a home.  I know you are thinking why didn't she use my services, but she was already working with someone when I met her, and I didn't want to step on another realtors toes.

Anyway, she was so happy and proud and she couldn't wait to show me the home.  She went into her office brought out her notebook and went online to show me.  Now if she has time to do this, how many others are doing the same thing?

Whether this market is slow or not, there are buyers out there looking.  They might be first time home buyers or seasoned veterans, but it doesn't matter, we need to make sure we are working diligently for them and are at the top of our mark...otherwise, they will just look for someone else, and today my eyes were opened to how quick a buyer will be when they are ready to buy.
