Spring Renewal... Time to shake off the cobwebs and move forward in life and business.
When I hear the saying "Spring Renewal", many thoughts come to mind. When I was growing up, it was all about changing clothes from winter to spring. It is going from cold to warm weather and adjustments needed to be made... It is a time of transition from Winter to Spring.... flowers are starting to bloom, and winter is on it's way out.
Now in my adult years, and being in real estate, "Spring Renewal" means even more... both professionally and personally.
Personally for "Spring Renewal" this year, I am looking forward to getting out and walking around without any hindrances
Since September I have been laid up with a total right hip replacement, and then in December a total left knee replacement. Sitting inside and not being able to get around as much as I used to is not in my personality. I've been working with clients primarily via phone and emails, I've had to rely on associates from my office for pitching in and covering for me on the "one-on-one", with my clients.
With warm weather, and "Spring Renewal" I plan on taking advantage of moving forward not only with my physical being, but also with clients in having them move into new homes... it will be a new adventure for everyone. I need to shake off those cobwebs.
How do I plan on doing this "Spring Renewal"? I am going to start physically meeting up with clients, and instead of doing therapy inside, I will go with my clients and walk up and down stairs, walk up and down driveways, whatever it takes to move forward with a positive attitude.
With "Spring Renewal" in business, I plan on taking on a whole new look, from the clients point of view and adding my experience to it.
With the warm weather coming in, so is my approach with clients. More warmth and understanding on my part, learning to take on a new prospective of a buying or selling transaction. Over the years, I've become too mechanical/ professional, and it is now time blossom and go for a softer more caring approach. It is time to Spring ahead.... in more ways than one.
