With the economy being bad, we are all looking to save money, and be causious on what we send. If money came our way we would be jumping up and down for joy. Below is the latest and greatest scam that was sent to me by someone that has nothing else better to do with their time. My fear is that seniors *might* think this is true... if not anyone else that receives this. I've omitted some of the content not to make it so long.
If the IRS owes you money.. why don't they just send it? They already have all the information they need on you? Please also note spelling errors. This wasn't just sent to me... there was a NONE in the *sent* line.. which also indicts a mass mailing. The IRS doesn't do mass mailings... plus think about it... do you give the IRS your email address???? Mine has also changed since April... be careful of these.
