During the last few weeks, I've read emails on how we, as realtors, should keep in contact with our clients. We should return their calls wtih due diligence, answer questions to the best of our ability.
We hold open houses for sellers, and work around buyer's time schedules to show them listings. We listen to all parties concerned and make sure things go smoothly.
I have a listing that has been reduced in price, and I am trying to take my job even one step further...Not only is it going on MLS stating this and on all websites I have this listing on. I am sending an email to all the agents that have shown this condo so they can in turn inform their clients of this status change. I would think that my seller would like that I am trying everything possible way to make sure their home sells and not leaving any stone unturned.
