Here it is another Sunday, and I just finished another open house. Yes, a lot of people came by, which is good to see there is activity going on..and being spring and warmer weather here in Cromwell, Connecticut, I think more people are beginning to look.
Once again these people are either just looking, they are neighbors that just stopped by. Or they are people who are seriously looking, but are already working with a realtor.
Over the years of being a realtor and having open houses, I have only picked up one client. Twice, I think, having an open house has produced a buyer for the seller I am representing. Are open houses still worth all the effort and time, or should they be a thing of the past now that there is the internet?
