This just happened again today. I can't tell you how many of my clients over the years have been fed up and frustrated when agents haven't shown up with their clients to view property. Reassuring clients that this is a small group of non professional realtors, is no easy task. I wish if realtors were not going to show up, at least they would have the courtesy to call. I always leave my business card as a way of acknowledging to the sellers that someone was there.
