This signed contract needs to be in your hand for your new home by the deadline of April 30th, 2010.. and even though you think you have a lot of time, this IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. It takes time to find the right property, and the longer you wait the less time you have to make this important decision
At this point and time, interest rates are at a historic low, there are many superb homes to choose from in the Middlesex County, and the prices on these properties aren't going to go depreciate between now and then.
