CASCADING GAS PRICES
All of us are happy to be seeing the gas prices coming down. I'm sure no one out there wishes they were up where they were earlier this year. As a matter of fact, the prices are now at an all time low. In some cases it is the lowest it has been in the last 4 years.
Gas prices have been falling for over a month.. and since I've been tracking it, I can see the difference starting as far back as July.
So, with this, way aren't the other commodities be effected by this? Why hasn't the price of food fallen some. At least the same percenage. All with utilities, and so forth.. why hasn't the price of these dropped?
If the government is looking to increase the American confidence what better way then to keep the gas prices low and have this spill over to the price of food and utilities. Why hasn't this happened already?
Do you agree this would help with the public confidence?
