As most of you know I had a bad day yesterday... and there is this saying with every bad day, there is a good day. Well, that happened today.. and a member here on ActiveRain made my day... to say the least.
Kara Casamassina wrote a blog on September 29th about an upcoming event in Aiken, SC. It was a blog on St. Mary's 2008 Chocolate Festival. The pictures alone were enough to make my mouth water. I would have loved to have gone, since I am a chocoholic. I made a comment that I wish I could go, but living in Cromwell, CT it was just a little to far to go and wondered if she would send a care package. Are you ready for this??? SHE DID!!! I got it today, and it blew me out of the water. In this package was not only a chocolate covered pretzel, but literature on Aiken, SC. That pretzel was gone in less than 5 minutes. The timing was great.. I didn't have lunch, and this hit the spot.
So Kara.. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
So, if she goes out of her way for a member on ActiveRain, imagine what she will do for a client. If I ever have anyone here in Connecticut moving to South Carolina, Kara will be the first person I sent them to.
