I posted a blog on April 3rd, stating that in this market when it comes to listing properties you need to be ahead of the market. Doing this you need to be aware of the global economy and keeping up with the news and comments from the secretary of treasury, etc. When speaking with sellers, they are looking for your expertise.. which I try to give them.
The reason why I mentioned this is that I put a condo on the market on March 21st, and in less than 3 weeks, it is now under deposit.
Sellers don't want to sit on their property, and buyers want a good deal. When property is priced correctly, both parties are happy.
